Individual Business Coaching

ICF defines coaching as partnering with clients in a challenging and creative process that encourages them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

Together, we will define a coaching contract including a coaching objective.

Before each session, you choose the theme to be addressed.

Thanks to the thought-provoking process of active listening and questioning, our conversations will help clarify your perception, reflect on your objective and the actions to be implemented in order to reach it.

We are in a partnership relationship, and you are the actor of your own change and responsible for your choices.

Each session lasts 1 hour. We will evaluate together the estimated number of sessions you will need to reach your goal.
